We include free shipping and the usual delivery time is 15-20 days. Along with Express Shipping which is 5-10 days in delivery time.

f you're not satisfied with the product you received, then please file for a return/refund within 30 days of when the item arrived.

If the product was damaged when it arrived, then please upload a picture to our email to improve the validity of your return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please go to our contact section and file for a return there.

 If there is any damage, we will give you a brand-new product that is not damaged. But if it is damaged by human factors, or if it is destroyed by external forces, you need to pay extra for a new one.
